Want to find the right option for your walnut variety?

With regards to successful breaking rate, it is very high, yet depends on walnut hardness. It can go up to 95%. And this with only a single person operating the machine. The next problem we are facing is removing the shell from the kernel.

This machine is a very good choice for cracking with comparable quality to hand-cracked standard. We are now mixing the Optima system with our mechanical cleaning, to separate the significant quantity of shell from the kernels. Then we continue with hand cleaning line to finish the process.
